Délice de Sylvaner

This Sylvaner has been made from overrippen grapes and develops a nose of  tropical fruit, with a fine minerality.

Ideal with gooseliver, goat cheese or Roquefort

Vendanges Tardives (Late Harvest) and Sélection deGrains Nobles (Noble Late Harvest)

Sweet wines with incredible concentration and bouquet, resulting from the alchimy of noble mould (Botrytis) on the grape.
Nose of ripe fruit, honey and candies. In mouth they are rich, long and sugars are well balanced by an elegant acidity.
Late harvest (and even more Noble late harvest) are available only in the best vintages.

Recommended for aperitif, with gooseliver or pastry….or just for pleasure !
